Bought a 12 pack about 3 months ago and disappointed that this batch feel thin, scratchy and cheap. Believing it to be an anomaly, we since bought 2 more 12 packs....and they are the same cheap, thin and scratchy that was in the first pack we bought. I'm reading the other recent reviews of the same thing. P&G responses refer to each one as a singular instance. It's pretty obvious P&G changed something recently and that something is for the worse. I can't pay the "Bounty" premium for a non-Bounty product. Currently looking for other options.....we miss the old Bounty

I have ordered the MEGA rolls and now they are coming with a terrible odor. I ended up throwing away all 3 of my Huge MEGA Bounty Rolls. You really need to look into what is causing that odor in your manufacturing. Sadly, I will not be ordering again.

Not the pattern or embossing - I'm talking about the quality and absorbency. Bounty used to be the best. Long time customer like so many others here- but will be looking for something else. These are no better than the store brands at a premium price. Disappointed!!

I'll just start buying the store brands which are much cheaper, and NOW so much better quality than Bounty. I don't know what happened. I just opened the pack I bought of Bounty yesterday. It is awful, thin, cheaply made. I feel tricked and like I've been suckered. I paid more for Bounty quality, as I did many times before, but received a product which is inferior to what I could have purchased for so much less. This is unacceptable. We all expect better, and more from Bounty. Change your name.

I'm not sure why but the bounty paper towels that I have known since I was a little girl are no longer the same quality. Just opened a pack and they are thinner and feel cheaper quality also the feel is not as soft. So upset and disappointed right now.

Been purchasing Bounty for over 20 years now at premium price and sadly this latest purchase will be my last. I usually never write reviews on products, however I feel you should know as a company. The quality is completely gone and the sheets feel like the cheap generic rolls you would purchase from a discount store. At the PREMIUM PRICE PAID you expect the sheets to at least pickup a small spill, instead now I have to use double the sheets which breaks upon wetting. I have pictures of comparison from my previous purchase to this purchase and the difference is night and day. I suggest you guys at quality control/improvement get it together before other loyal customers stop purchasing. Not sure who at corporate authorized this change; it will cost the company dearly.

The towels I have bought in the last few months are not near as easy to use as before. I feel something has changed for the worse. They wont tear straight down if you want a quarter of a sheet anymore. They won't tear all the way across at the perferation unless you use both hands and go slow. Also I've had a couple rolls that the 2 ply wasn't together. I am a huge paper towel user and am not happy!

I am a loyal user of bounty paper towels. I use almost 2 rolls a day, for years so you can't fool me!!! They are thinner, have more “lint” and not the “quicker picker upper” they always were. I have to use twice the amount and am rethinking my paper towels. Friends and family have agreed with me so something needs to be revisited

My recent experiences with the quality of Bounty paper towels have been anything but “the quicker picker upper”. The quality has obviously changed recently. They are thin and stiff. They are not as absorbent as they used to be. I can't even tear one off the roll without it ripping. Whatever was done to the quality needs to be undone. I pay a premium price for Bounty and expect a premium product.

Lifelong customer. I never buy any paper towels other than Bounty. Was always happy to pay more money for a solid paper towel. However, this “new improvement” is terrible. They are thinner, do not tear evenly at the perforations, and do not hold up as well. Bounty claims they are new technology that trap and lock better but I tried this side by side with the same amount of water and the new paper towels are worse. Very disappointed. If they were actually better, Bounty would have marketed these as new and improved. Instead they tried to slip these in without us noticing. Very deceitful.
