We’re sorry you had this experience, since our PODS™ are designed to dissolve completely and provide your items with a superior clean. We'd be happy to share some tips to ensure that they fully dissolve. We suggest making sure that not too many absorbent items are present, the load isn’t too large, and that you’re always placing the PODS™ in first, before your items. To remove those stains from your bedding, we recommend rinsing it under hot water (up to temperature permitted on care label). Wring it out and lay it flat, then apply rubbing alcohol or antibacterial hand gel (make sure it’s clear and contains alcohol) to the stain, covering the entire stain. Let this soak for 10 minutes, and then re-wash your bedding as normal. We'd like to look into this further for you, so please give us a call at (800) 879-8433 when you have a moment.
