For best results, try the following tips: * Upside-down use: The bottle is not designed to be used in an upside-down position. Ask the consumer to spray several times into the sink in an upright position. * Clogging: Run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. * Dip tube: If this happens when the bottle is almost empty, it could be that the dip tube doesn’t reach the solution or is facing in the wrong direction. The correct direction for the dip tube is in the same direction as the sprayer, and the bottom of it should be in the corner. We're very sorry you had that experience; it's not something that we expect to happen with our Dawn Powerwash. When it stops spraying there are a couple of things you should check. First, the bottle is not designed to be used in an upside-down position. If you've been doing that, try spraying it upright into the sink a couple of times. If the nozzle is clogged, run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. If it stops spraying when it is nearly empty, it could be that the dip tube doesn’t reach the solution or is facing in the wrong direction.
