This certainly isn't the experience we'd like you to have, since our Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray is designed to power through even the toughest greasy messes. To ensure that you can enjoy the best results, only add water during rinsing. If water is added earlier, it'll dilute the cleaning power of the product. As well, if you're washing heavily soiled dishes, we suggest letting the spray suds sit for 3-4 minutes before wiping and rinsing. We hope this helps.
