This is the only detergent that I have found to be good. I used to use tide, and it caused my skin to itch, and I have tried arm and hammer and I feel it overcleans lol.. so much that some of my clothes ripped. I feel like gain washes your clothes well and protects them too.

I absolutely love gain all gain but this particular scent just takes me to the moon I have a gain sniffing problem I just love smelling things that smells so so good and this smells awesome so if you've never used it before, give it a try and if you're a gain lover like me well welcome to the club.

I'm old school. I was brought up and taught got to wash clothes with POWDER washing detergent. I don't like the liquid or pods and find it hard to find powder detergent. It last longer and seems to get clothes cleaner. I have also been taught that you can use powder detergent for doing dishes adding a little vinegar in order to keep it from being slippery. Overall I love gain and or tide my two go to detergents to do my laundry in.

This laundry detergent works well for cleaning my clothes, but I do not agree that there is long-lasting freshness. My clothes do not smell any better with this Gain than with any other detergent. I also do not notice a difference with brighter whites. I do have an HE washing machine and a water-softening system.

i love gain! been using it for years! i decided to try out the powdered form for something just a tad cheaper. trying to save in these trying times, and it works just as amazing. i was worried because i only use cold water and didn't think it would dissolve right but it sure does.

Goodbye Tide Pods and hello clean, fresh smelling laundry with Gain Ultra Powder. Yes, switched back to powder and Gain at the recommendation of a dear friend. This product works better in our frontload washer. Sad to think of how much money I could have saved. Oh well, let the savings begin -- and let all product reviews begin.

It cleans and smells amazing!!! The scent has lasted at least 2-3 weeks after the laundry was completed!! The blankets and sheets smelled so nice that the family we had staying with us, complimented me on the freshness and soft sweet smell of even our towels!!! Made me smile LOL

I always loved Gain powder detergent it gets the dirt, oil, grease, food stains out of your clothes without leaving any spots and your clothes smells so good with only one full cup of Gain. This small box will last me at least a month. You can't beat that for the price.

I did like most people did when pods came out I switched. So much easier just take two or three and throw them in the washer. But….Some of the things that I have to wash have stains on them and pods never really got them good and clean. One day I ordered my groceries to be ready for pick up and they gave me powder instead of pods and I was frustrated but I went ahead and used it. I'm amazed that those stains that I'm fighting with for a long time are gone when I used the powder. I'm not ever going back To pods!!!
