After years of only using flings or tide pods, I made the switch back to the trusty powder version and I'm left wondering why I ever strayed. The results are undeniably impressive - within minutes of starting the load, the entire house is smelling delightful and my clothes come out of the wash flawlessly clean. But the true triumph? The lingering freshness that lasts for days, defying even the toughest wear.

This Gain powder laundry detergent smells like a garden of flowers and freshness. It also lasts a long time and a little goes a long way in the wash. I do like the packaging because it is easy to open. You just have to be careful in not spilling it since it's hard to close a box entirely. It is also eco friendly because a little soap can be used.

I love Gain detergent. I especially love the powder option. I don't like to pay for water, and I am not a fan of pods. This powder option is the most economical. I turn on the washer, let it begin to fill, then add my detergent. This allows it to dissolve before I add my clothes. Best scent ever!!!

I love Gain and have used it for many years. I use all Gain products, the laundry items, dish detergent, and any cleaning products that are Gain scented. The only fallback is the 2018 expired coupons that are inside many of the laundry detergent boxes. It's almost 2021, I need new coupons!!

I buy Gain because it smells good, but not enough cleaning power on it's on for me. I used this Gain alone and I still saw visible stains left on my clothes after washing a load. So now I have to add a couple Tide Pods if I want the stains out of my clothes. My laundry routine… So I use two scoops of Gain Powder ( I prefer to use the powder only, the liquid Gain doesn't have the cleaning power either) then I toss in 2 Tide Pods, I scoop in some scent beads ( any kind is fine) and fill my softener cup with Suavitel Fabric Softener (blue or yellow kind) and this is my washing recipe and my clothes are clean, soft and smell good for weeks. I then use Bounce dryer sheets when I dry my clothes (they seem to be the better best brand of dryer sheets) I love fragrance, I don't have any sensitivities to fragrances (thank you Lord) so the more the merrier for me. I want you to smell me :) and then compliment me on how I smell so good.

I have enjoyed the scent of Gain Original Scent for many years, and still choose it over other laundry soap smells every time I have the opportunity. When I discovered this sale I immediately decided I needed to act! Thank you for allowing me to procure enough detergent to see me through for a while, and also for it being in my most favorite line—-all at an affordable price!

I've only used Tide all my life and decided to switch and try Gain Laundry Detergent. I am truly disappointed! I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I have followed step by step instructions and my clothes/sheets/towels come out smelling horrible! If there was no scent it would be okay but it smells like wet socks!

Love this. Never tried powder before, but we are trying to cut down on plastics and liquid detergents generate so much waste (many of the containers will not end up recycled even if you try). This works the same or better and we need way less of it. This small box has lasted ages. It is way more fragrant too, which I like. Make sure you put it in the BOTTOM of your washer with laundry on top to prevent it sticking to the drum.

I've tried several different brands and even different scents of Gain, itself and I always find my way back to the original scent! It's just the best! It keeps clothes smelling clean and pleasant for days after a wash. I pair it with Suavitel Morning Sun, and whew! Amazing. I get the largest box ($23 pre tax) and it lasts for about 2-3 weeks in a household of 3 people. Cleans well, no residue left behind (top load/no agitator Samsung washer).

Absolutely love original gain products. The scent of original is my favorite from all scents. My clothes smell great and are clean. I also use gain liquid original, and liquid gain fabric softener as well as gain original dryer sheets. Gain is fantastic!!!
