Whenever we make changes to the scent in our detergent, we do extensive tests to get it just right, so we're sorry if this change soured it up for you. It’s up to retailers what they carry, Bill. Since July of 2015 all of our powdered detergent was reformulated and consolidated to provide ideal cleaning in both standard and HE washers, and all have the HEC label. If you’d like to discuss this further, please give us a call at (800) 879-8433.

Jackie, we're very sorry this is happening to you. We want you to love the clean and the freshness you get from our detergents. When a bad odor is left on your items, it's usually because the machine needs to be cleaned out. Proper care of your machine, which includes monthly clean outs with a Washing Machine Cleaner. It will also help if you remove clothes from the washer and dryer as soon as the cycle has been completed. You may even want to keep the door open between uses to allow the washer to air out.
