Just switched to this detergent. With the last 2 loads, I've had to unplug and reset machine due to 3 different error messages suggesting issues with too many suds and drain pump. I am questioning if it's related to the new formulation - "ultra". Will buy regular HE tomorrow.

I have purchased this product for over 20 years because the combo of Tide and Snuggle was what my Great Grandmother used. Smells like home to me. Not anymore!!! I don't understand why Classic is not good enough and we always have to improve or Change... The world Changes enough everyday Can't we keep our Laundry the same!

Tide gets the dirt out!

I have used Tide off and on over the years, I don't always buy it due to the price. I use some lower priced alternatives that, to me, clean as well. This original Tide powder cleans well. I only gave it a 4/5 due the change in scent. It does have a nice clean scent, not as strong as original Gain. I have both sitting side by side in my laundry and can smell the Gain over the Tide. When I pull the clothes from the washer I don't smell the Tide smell as we know it on my wet clothes. If you are nose blind to Tide, as with a new box or if you don't use it, you can generally pick the scent up pretty easily. But it is not here, they're changed the scent and even though it smells just fine, I wish it still smelled like Tide. I absolutely do not have a health issue with the scent, as some other reviewers have had, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't smell like Tide.

Why, Why, Why??? Why would the original scent be changed? To me it is what makes Tide Tide. The new "original" scent is way to sweet smelling. Why would the customer not be notified that a change had been made? It really needs to be changed back!!!!!

I have used liquid Tide for over 20 yrs. & was always happy with it. I bought my 1st HE machine about 10 yrs. ago & replaced it about 3 yrs. ago. I always used liquid Tide HE in it but my towels, especially, had a funny odor to them. I cleaned my washer each month as instructed by my serviceman but the smell was always there. I would eventually get rid of them & buy new. Then about a year ago I read that it could be caused by the liquid detergent & to try the Tide HE powder. After the 1st load the towels I was about to get rid of smelled fresh again!!! I never went back!! I LOVE TIDE HE DETERGENT!!!! But like some others I am having a hard time finding it. Please continue to make it!! I have been checking the stores you have listed in my area but it must be in short supply right now.

The new original tide is so strong and has some sort of chemical something. It makes me itch and had my skin irritated. Please, Please change back!

Last year's Tide had 183 load per box. This year's Tide has 143 loads per box. But they are the same box and weight. Please answer, this drives me nuts.
