I have been a devoted Dawn user for years. The new formula doesn't work as well for me as the original. Thought I would try the professional version in hopes of a formulation closer to original. Nope! It is just a watered down formula that doesn't cut grease without applying full strength onto the dishes. I am diabetic and use very little fat in cooking so its not like I am cleaning a frying pan covered in grease. I just want a good product as I hand wash all my dishes. I will have to keep looking.

Where is the pump

This was a replacement order, and like the first order, it had leaked into the plastic bag that enclosed it. Fortunately, the soap was contained in the bag. The container was NOT busted, so the soap must have leaked out the top. The online description state the pump was only available when the item was bought at the warehouse, but both times the pump was not only included it was already on the container. What a mess!

Almost half gallon. Not full. I picked up my order and when I got home, i realized the soap was like half a gallon. It had probably spilled at the store because I could see lines of dried streaks around it. It's disappointing that they still picked that soap and placed it in my car when I picked up my order.
