I mean its dawn dish soap in bulk, what else can I say. Its also nit that new scent they changed it to its the original formula thank goodness, so no atrocious smelling and painful lungs and soap smell that stays on the dishes. I really hate the new "original soap" formula.

It depends on your needs. I calculated that the price per ounce for this large jug is more economical than that of the medium-sized bottle. This detergent is highly concentrated, so you only need a few drops on your sponge. Additionally, I like to keep refillable containers by both the kitchen and laundry sinks. I add a squirt of detergent to the washing machine along with one detergent sheet, and it works great! I have seen videos on the internet showing its many uses.

I have been using dawn dish soap as long as I can remember. I use it for everything - dishes, bathrooms, windshield, dogs, you name it. This gallon was no different. The soap quality is noticeable better than the other kinds of soap I try, and it is super soft and silky on whatever surface you clean. It comes in a nice size bottle for the price, which manages to remain competitive regardless of how much better the product is. It cleans super fast and I don’t spend nearly as much time scrubbing. The bottle is sturdy and fits easily in my kitchen cabinet. I can’t recommend this stuff enough!

Depending on how much you wash dishes this can last about a year. It's also a convenient size and option for other cleaning uses around the house or business. Definitely recommend this product.

I love the big proffesional quanity with the push pump makes it more convient than having to hold and open a bottle everytime.

I can't stand the newer Dawn scent with the ducks on the label. The scent is overpowering. I just want the original Dawn and it can't be found anywhere except in the professional Dawn sold at Sam's (maybe elsewhere, but I haven't found it). It cleans and smells just like original Dawn! If you don't like the smell of the new Dawn, make sure not to buy it if it has ducks on the label.

I ordered the Lemon as a preference and pleased at how useful it was on my Foodi Grill as well as some large plastic storage bins which had been collecting grime for some time. This is a much more concentrated Detergent than what I use for for routine kitchen cleaning so it works well on greasy articles. My Plumber had recommended pouring Dawn in the kitchen drain routinely to help prevent build up problems. So far no need for a plumber call back .

Why did Procter %26 Gamble ruin a perfectly good dish detergent with overwhelming scent? Consumers are not looking for perfumed hands and dishes. I have used Dawn detergent for many decades and have always been satisfied with both the mild scent and its reliable performance. That balance is exactly what made it a staple in my kitchen. Unfortunately, the Professional Pots %26 Pans formula seems to prioritize fragrance over function. Many of us choose dish soap for effectiveness and neutrality, and not as a substitute for air freshener or personal care products. What’s most disappointing is that nothing appeared to be broken in the first place, as the detergent has always worked as intended. The good news is that this scent seems to be limited to this particular formula. It will take many months to exhaust this monster jug, but when it has been depleted, I am going back to regular Dawn.

One star for the pump not the Dawn. Five for the Dawn. Average of the two is three. Love this because it lasts for about 6 months however my first one the pump worked great. Wish I would’ve kept it but I didn’t and I’m on my 3rd bottle of this-the 2nd pump was garbage and my current one is not much better. So if you get a pump that works good DO NOT throw it away!

I bought the Dawn Professional because it had a pump on top which would make it easier than pouring into the small squeeze bottle I use. I assumed that "Professional" meant really good like the "Dawn Ultra Concentrate" I usually purchase. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! I couldn't understand why I was having to really scrub and scrub on my stainless steel pot. Then I checked into the 2 different products. Will take back and exchange and make sure I don't make this mistake again. A HUGE difference between the 2.
