My bottle came almost 1/2 full. I don’t know how the liquid got out and the box it came in was tearing apart. The lid was closed on the I have no idea how the liquid came out. I didn’t know how to get in touch with anyone to complain. The soap is amazing it’s the packaging that isn’t.

I bought the Dawn Professional because it had a pump on top which would make it easier than pouring into the small squeeze bottle I use. I assumed that "Professional" meant really good like the "Dawn Ultra Concentrate" I usually purchase. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! I couldn't understand why I was having to really scrub and scrub on my stainless steel pot. Then I checked into the 2 different products. Will take back and exchange and make sure I don't make this mistake again. A HUGE difference between the 2.

I ordered the Lemon as a preference and pleased at how useful it was on my Foodi Grill as well as some large plastic storage bins which had been collecting grime for some time. This is a much more concentrated Detergent than what I use for for routine kitchen cleaning so it works well on greasy articles. My Plumber had recommended pouring Dawn in the kitchen drain routinely to help prevent build up problems. So far no need for a plumber call back .

Dawn Professional Pot, Pan, and Dishwashing Liquid is the best I've ever used. I won't be without it. I buy several whenever it's goes on sale, so I always have it on hand. It is useful for many other things. It actually breaks down toilet clogs, then helps it slip away down the pipe. Pump it into the toilet bowl and let it sit long enough to soften and break down "debris". You still may need to use a plunger briefly. This Dawn is concentrated and very effective for more than just dishes. It makes quick work of breaking down grease in pots and pans. Love it!

This product is AWESOME! Not only does it smell great (lemons) but it creates a LOT of suds! It’s the BEST Dawn product on the market! I have NO idea why they don’t sell this in the regular size bottles?! Sam’s use to sell it in packs of three (3) but discontinued them!

Not worth the money!!! I love Dawn original dish soap so you would think Dawn Professional would work even better, NOT AT ALL This Dawn Professional Dish Soap is like water none of the usual thickness of regular Dawn, NOR DIES IT CLEAN AS WELL AS REGULAR DAWN

One star for the pump not the Dawn. Five for the Dawn. Average of the two is three. Love this because it lasts for about 6 months however my first one the pump worked great. Wish I would’ve kept it but I didn’t and I’m on my 3rd bottle of this-the 2nd pump was garbage and my current one is not much better. So if you get a pump that works good DO NOT throw it away!

I was extremely disappointed with the new bottle of Dawn Professional. It is so watery and thin and does not do the job the previous bottle did. I am using so much more of the product to do the same amount of dishes. Not happy with the new bottle.
