Mix with white vinegar and some water in a spray bottle. Cleans up anything. If something is horribly dirty, spray and let soak in. I use it on everything -- all surfaces in kitchen, in bathrooms, cleaning tires, cleaning anything; I even pre-treat dirty socks with it before washing. Oh ... also good for dishwashing too :-)

Dawn is my go-to cleaning product. I love it for dishes, but I also use it to clean my bathroom sinks, showers, tubs, and floors. It keeps everything wonderfully clean and sparkling. If extra cleaning is needed, I just add a little vinegar to my Dawn + water and it takes care of any challenging dirt or soap scum. I have ultra sensitive skin and allergies so really appreciate the excellent cleaning properties without harsh chemicals. I would also add that Dawn worked wonders when my indoor pets got fleas. I gave them a bath in Dawn and the fleas were taken care of. I also followed some online recommendation for using Dawn in the washer for bedding to ensure any fleas were killed. It called for small amounts like a tablespoon or two per load. It was a lot of work to get rid of the fleas, but the Dawn worked successfully without my having to use harsh chemicals.

I like they I don’t have to replace this often due to its size. I have noticed it doesn’t foam up for very long and I tend to have to use multiple pumps. I cannot tell if that is from my water but I wish P&G would make this soap so that it works better in typical household tap water. I remember being a kid and using Dawn and it worked much better than it does now. Perhaps it’s time to try a different variant. For typical dishes it’s good. It cleans plastic and glass very well. For greasy items it takes a bit more scrubbing and more dish soap.

If you like Dawn and use it for everything like we do (washing garden or greasy hands, treating stains on clothing, dishes, household cleaning) it makes sense to have plenty and keep it everywhere. This is just under half the price per ounce that I pay when it is on sale. yay

This product is as good as it's commercial claims. My plastic ware is clean and grease less on the first wipe. Whether I wash them first or after my glass items. And the stone ware is streak free and feels smooth. It cleans without stripping or dulling the sheen on my stone ware or pots and pans. It doesn't take much and I don't have to keep adding more to wash water. That's where you get your monies worth.

I work in a truck shop where the guys are forever washing their hands. This one gallon with a pump is so handy! Unfortunately the Sam's in our town quit selling this size and so now I have to order online and have it shipped in. Please Sam's-sell this in the store again!

I did not read the fine print.. I wanted this specific product because of the pump. So when I opened the box and saw that there was no pump I was a bit upset. The only way to get the pump with this product is if you buy it in store... Why should that matter?

I buy these by the 2-4 box so I am not running to the store when I am low or out. It is so convenient to have these on hand. I also have given to relatives in a care package during the holidays! Best gift when you cant afford a whole lot by buying single and smaller containers.

Great product at a great price. This was the 3rd time I bought the gallon size and it’s lasts for quite some time. The previous times I purchased in-store, this time I had it delivered. When it arrived, I was very disappointed that it did not come with a pump as it had previously. I use this to fill smaller containers, and without the pump it can be difficult with out spilling. Keep the product, but bring back the pump!

There are so many things you can do with Dawn. You can wash dishes, wash delicates, kill weeds, clean the lawnmower and other equipment. I use it for so many things that buying the larger size was a no brained. I put it in smaller plastic spray bottles around my house .
