I have ordered similar item(s) and recieved what was psictured, but now though the picture shows 4 gallons in a box (1ea.), you only get one gallon. Customer service was great. Recieved a refund and was told they would correct the pictures. Lets hope they do.

Dawn is my go-to cleaning product. I love it for dishes, but I also use it to clean my bathroom sinks, showers, tubs, and floors. It keeps everything wonderfully clean and sparkling. If extra cleaning is needed, I just add a little vinegar to my Dawn + water and it takes care of any challenging dirt or soap scum. I have ultra sensitive skin and allergies so really appreciate the excellent cleaning properties without harsh chemicals. I would also add that Dawn worked wonders when my indoor pets got fleas. I gave them a bath in Dawn and the fleas were taken care of. I also followed some online recommendation for using Dawn in the washer for bedding to ensure any fleas were killed. It called for small amounts like a tablespoon or two per load. It was a lot of work to get rid of the fleas, but the Dawn worked successfully without my having to use harsh chemicals.

Item is a very good product. HOWEVER shipping/packaging is very poor. Item arrived leaking and less than half of the product was left. I previously have ordered this item and the jug had tape over the cap to help prevent leakage and there was plenty of packing material to prevent movement. This time there was only a few small "balloons" to hold product in place which wasn't anywhere near enough and no tape to secure the cap.

I buy these by the 2-4 box so I am not running to the store when I am low or out. It is so convenient to have these on hand. I also have given to relatives in a care package during the holidays! Best gift when you cant afford a whole lot by buying single and smaller containers.

Dawn Dish Washing soap arrived Frozen and leaking. It was delayed due to weather by shipper and was left on truck in very cold temperatures over a weekend. Customer Service Representative was very polite, listened to my complaint, apologized and shipped a fast replacement. Things happen, it’s how it’s handled that makes all the difference. SAMs has never failed to correct a problem, professionally, politely and quickly. We purchase vast variety of goods from SAMs from electronics to food, and have never been disappointed! That’s as good of a referral as I could give anyone. Keep up the great quality of goods and attention to customer needs! Thank you!

What can I say? Dawn is the best dish liquid on the market! Just a few drops goes a long ways . I use this huge jug to refill my old dawn bottle when it gets low. This saves on unnecessary plastic waste and cuts down on trips to the store(saves time , gas

This product is as good as it's commercial claims. My plastic ware is clean and grease less on the first wipe. Whether I wash them first or after my glass items. And the stone ware is streak free and feels smooth. It cleans without stripping or dulling the sheen on my stone ware or pots and pans. It doesn't take much and I don't have to keep adding more to wash water. That's where you get your monies worth.

Honestly, Ive tried a lot of brands. I am against brandmname mainly, but after trying soap after soap, I must say, I will always buy Dawn. It honestly cleans the best, better than Ajax, Palmolive, or any other off brand, even Gain even if it smells way better. Just doesnt clean the same. I buy this big one because I homeschool 4 kids and am a sahm, so dishes is an extension of our bodies at this point. I use it a lot, only way to know it really works.

I love Dawn, but this size did not come with the type of cap pictured. It was a spout and the bottle had a label that said this side up. I did curbside pick up, needless to say neither the help loading my car or myself saw the label.....when I got home, 3/4 of the bottle spilled all over the back of my car. So be careful!

I work in a truck shop where the guys are forever washing their hands. This one gallon with a pump is so handy! Unfortunately the Sam's in our town quit selling this size and so now I have to order online and have it shipped in. Please Sam's-sell this in the store again!
