Delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Alfredo. Made with real cream and cheese, you can taste the difference. I use it to make broccoli chicken Alfredo. It came out excellent! This sauce has just the right texture and seasonings. Perfect for a quick dinner!

I am a fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried Bertolli products before and was pleased with the taste but the Bertolli Alfredo with Aged Parmesan Cheese Sauce really tastes amazing. The texture was perfect and it has just the right amount of flavor. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the size options. There was no option to buy a bigger size and thats kinda frustrating when you have a big family. I will be buying this again on my next shopping trip.

A great pasta sauce for quick dinners!

This Alfredo provided me with a smooth and almost tangy flavor experience I was not expecting. That isn't a bad thing though as the unique blend of cheeses provided me with a new take on alfredo that I will surely be purchasing again. if you haven't tried it before, I highly recommend Botticelli Alfredo sauce and your favorite noodles for a quick and easy dinner. This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.

Love this flavor

Busy life but still like a good meal every night for my family dinner. I call this my cheat meal. I buy a store bought roasted chicken, frozen cut broccoli, Bertolucci Alfredo with aged Parmesan cheese sauce and penna pasta for a excellent casserole.

Smooth and tasteful

I have honestly never tried Bertolli. I have always just grabbed store brand and didn't think much of it. This Alfredo with Parm was sooo tasteful and smooth. Rich but not too rich. It was the perfect blend. My entire family was in love. My daughter asked if we could eat this everyday. I think Bertolli has convinced my family! We are making the switch'

Tastes great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very picky about store bought sauces but this one fits my needs quite well. It is thick and creamy. The only thing I had to add to season was some salt and pepper - maybe a little garlic depending on the dish. I loved using this with alfredo pizza. It does not taste store bought. It was a huge hit in my family.

Yumm!!!

This sauce is super creamy and delicious! You get the amazing taste of nutty parmesan yet the silky taste of heavy cream. It's perfect with any type of pasta or even vegetables! I made a delicious white lasagna with spinach and broccoli that everyone was in love with! Definitely will be stocking up on this sauce!

Delicious Alfredo sauce!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Bertolli products before, and was excited to try a new recipe with my Bertolli Alfredo with Aged Parmesan Cheese Sauce. I used this with a pasta Alfredo and shrimp recipe. It was so easy to incorporate and use, and was really the thing that brought all the ingredients together. The sauce is a great consistency and is really well seasoned/flavored. You can taste the Parmesan cheese flavor in it, I love it! This is one of my new favorites! I definitely recommend it.

History of Alfredo Di Lelio - Il Vero Alfredo

HISTORY OF ALFREDO DI LELIO CREATOR IN 1908 OF “FETTUCCINE ALL’ALFREDO” (“FETTUCCINE ALFREDO”), NOW SERVED BY HIS NEPHEW INES DI LELIO, AT THE RESTAURANT “IL VERO ALFREDO” – “ALFREDO DI ROMA” IN ROME, PIAZZA AUGUSTO IMPERATORE 30 With reference to your article I have the pleasure to tell you the history of my grandfather Alfredo Di Lelio, who is the creator of “Fettuccine all’Alfredo” (“Fettuccine Alfredo”) in 1908 in the “trattoria” run by his mother Angelina in Rome, Piazza Rosa (Piazza disappeared in 1910 following the construction of the Galleria Colonna / Sordi). This “trattoria” of Piazza Rosa has become the “birthplace of fettuccine all’Alfredo”. More specifically, as is well known to many people who love the “fettuccine all’Alfredo", this famous dish in the world was invented by Alfredo Di Lelio concerned about the lack of appetite of his wife Ines, who was pregnant with my father Armando (born February 26, 1908). Alfredo di Lelio opened his restaurant “Alfredo” in 1914 in Rome and in 1943, during the war, he sold the restaurant to others outside his family. In 1950 Alfredo Di Lelio decided to reopen with his son Armando his restaurant in Piazza Augusto Imperatore n.30 "Il Vero Alfredo" (“Alfredo di Roma”), whose fame in the world has been strengthened by his nephew Alfredo and that now managed by me, with the famous “gold cutlery” (fork and spoon gold) donated in 1927 by two well-known American actors Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks (in gratitude for the hospitality). See the website of “Il Vero Alfredo”. I must clarify that other restaurants "Alfredo" in Rome do not belong and are out of my brand "Il Vero Alfredo – Alfredo di Roma". The brand "Il Vero Alfredo - Alfredo di Roma" is present in Mexico with a restaurant in Mexico City and a trattoria in Cozumel) on the basis of franchising relationships with the Group Hotel Presidente Intercontinental Mexico. The restaurant “Il Vero Alfredo” is in the Registry of “Historic Shops of Excellence - section on Historical Activities of Excellence” of the Municipality of Roma Capitale. Questa trattoria è “the birthplace of fettuccine all’Alfredo”.
