[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed something quick one evening and used this atop some pasta I'd made fresh that morning and some grilled chicken. Normally, I make absolutely everything from scratch mind you, but this absolutely fit the bill and made for a wonderful meal. Nothing tasted anything but authentic, and the flavors were rich and balanced. Picky foodie approved!

I'm not sure what I can add, in addition to what the other gals have said in their reviews, but I really love this Alfredo sauce! My favorite is to use it with crab or shrimp over pasta and serve it with fresh asparagus or green beans, or perhaps a salad. I also love the light version of this sauce; it has fewer calories but no discernible change in taste - maybe not quite as rich, but that's to be expected in a light sauce. Two thumbs up for Bertolli

I have never tasted a Alfredo sauce that was good as this and my family loves Alfredo and we have ate many different Alfredo sauces but this one is the absolute best. I will recommend this to all my family and friends and I will continue to purchase this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sauce is super creamy and delicious! You get the amazing taste of nutty parmesan yet the silky taste of heavy cream. It's perfect with any type of pasta or even vegetables! I made a delicious white lasagna with spinach and broccoli that everyone was in love with! Definitely will be stocking up on this sauce!

I know it's common to add nutmeg to a white sauce but I've never had it in Alfredo sauce before. I'm sure it would be OK if it was just a pink of nutmeg but WOW it's way more than a pinch. The nutmeg flavor is overpowering! It doesn't have a taste of Parmesan, it tastes like your basic white sauce with nutmeg. I can't taste the Parmesan at all. I was really disappointed with this as a pasta sauce. I think it would be good to use as a sauce with baked pork chops but as an Alfredo sauce it's a big FAIL for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bertolli Alfredo with Aged Parmesan Cheese Sauce is now my favorite sauce adding to pasta, fettucini etc. We love cheesy ingredients of this sauce with garlic powder and spices. The texture is very creamy and tender. Great sauce!

Have purchased it a few times over several years, hoping the recipe had been changed it would be so convenient to use something already prepared. But I recently threw two jars away because of the taste. I liked some of your recipes for the Alfredo sauce, but made sauce from scratch, not in the jar. I let me know if you ever change the Alfredo sauce to be more like the Alfredo sauce you get in a real Italian restaurant.I like your tomato sauces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Bertolli products before, and was excited to try a new recipe with my Bertolli Alfredo with Aged Parmesan Cheese Sauce. I used this with a pasta Alfredo and shrimp recipe. It was so easy to incorporate and use, and was really the thing that brought all the ingredients together. The sauce is a great consistency and is really well seasoned/flavored. You can taste the Parmesan cheese flavor in it, I love it! This is one of my new favorites! I definitely recommend it.

Over the years I have tried various brands of jarred pasta sauce. They all went onto the trash because they tasted like evaporated milk mixed with parmaesan cheese - not to my liking. I bought Bertolli after reading an article stating that it was actually good. Bought myself a jar and gave it a taste. I can actually eat it without gagging. Pretty good for a jarred sauce. I will definitely be buying it again. FYI: I bought the alfredo sauce with parmesan cheese. I have not tried any other flavors.
