Well worth the extra money over the great value version! Great taste. Penny pinching is a necessity these days, but until I figure out how to make a homemade sauce this good I'm willing to pay more!

I keep it on hand all the time as you can have just as it comes out of the jar or combine with other ingredients. My favorite is to add a can of diced tomatoes & garlic with a bit of white wine & simmer. Its delicious try it!!

I love cream sauces. I use them on pastas hot and cold. It is also great on chicken dishes. It has a natural taste. Not an off flavor where you wonder what they put in it.
