We used it in a baked tortellini recipe and the flavors really came out. It was the perfect texture, not too runny or too chunky to where the kiddo wouldn’t eat it. Add a little oregano, fresh basil, pepper, garlic, and a pinch of red pepper and you’re doing just fine. It’s definitely on the sweeter end in comparison to other sauces I typically buy. For this review, I tried the sauce on its own with some pasta but I intend to doctor it up for the other half of the jar. I like my sauces to have more garlic and spice personally. Overall, I do enjoy the sauce and if you like traditional sauces I’d give it a try.
