[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made spaghetti and meatballs with Ragu Old World style traditional sauce and enjoyed it. The sauce has a smooth, thick texture with no chunks. There is plenty of flavor from the Italian spices. I added some dried basil and oregano, but the sauce is fine without doing this. Ragu doesn't have the corn syrup substituting for sugar that some cheaper brands do. Ragu is a reasonably priced and reliable pantry staple that is great for making convenient weekday meals. I like the sturdy, recyclable glass jar, too.

It has a good taste but definitely on the sweeter side. Good for a quick pasta dish - but not the best option!

It’s a simple, classic red sauce that’s mild, an and a little sweet. I added to my chicken parm and pasta dish. It’s nothing fancy, but perfect for quick weeknight pasta. Or you can add it as a base to dress up with your own spices and add-ins. Love it!

The price point is great, it has a nice, fresh taste, and it’s important to me that the sauce doesn’t contain any chemicals or high fructose corn syrup. It’s also seasoned just right. For a quick but satisfying dinner, I spoon the Ragu sauce over a nest of angel hair pasta, and top with grated Parmesan. If I’m super hungry, I’ll sauté ground beef and add the Ragu sauce to the skillet, letting it simmer for about 10 minutes. Since I live alone, there is always leftover sauce in the jar which I refrigerate and use for pizza bagels later in the week. Highly recommend!

I added fresh diced garlic, homegrown basil and red pepper to spice things up. I love getting what I expect each time with Ragu.

I was so excited and happy when you reached out for me to try this pasta sauce. You can use it for a variety of things from mozzarella sticks to making spaghetti to making your own French bread pizza and I like that it has 40% of the daily vitamins from vegetables that you need. It’s got a nice mud flavor to it not over. Acidic will be definitely putting this to use tonight.
