I usually use a different jarred sauce and haven't had Ragu in a long time, but I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked that it was a mostly smooth sauce. It did have a couple of tiny pieces of onions that I didn't care for, but there weren't enough to stop me from enjoying the overall sauce. I used it to make a pizza and it was great! Think this will become a new staple in my pantry.

It is a classic because it has such a deep and great flavor profile. You can put it with any other Ingredients (sausage, chicken, ground. Red, veggies etc) and it always goes well.

It's a little sweeter than I usually prefer in a sauce but still pretty good, especially if you pair it with a meat of some sort. I used some chicken sausage with it and that tasted great.
