I honestly don't find much of a flavor profile with the meat flavor but what's great about these sauces is that you can always add more flavor to them. Just because I don't prefer this flavor doesn't mean these aren't great! It comes in a decent size glass jar with a nice texture consistency, not too thick and not too creamy.

I used it on top of tortelini and the sauce needed quite a bit of seasoning to bring out the flavor. It tastes simply like tomatoes. Very thin consistency. We enjoyed it after adding seasoning but we would not choose this flavor again if we saw it at the store.
