[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the flavor of this sauce. It's a very good tomato sauce, not too sweet. I usually use a different jarred sauce and haven't had Ragu in a long time, but I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked that it was a mostly smooth sauce. It did have a couple of tiny pieces of onions that I didn't care for, but there weren't enough to stop me from enjoying the overall sauce. I used it to make a pizza and it was great! Think this will become a new staple in my pantry.

It has a good taste but definitely on the sweeter side. Good for a quick pasta dish - but not the best option!

I’m normally a store brand pasta sauce kinda girl, but I did really enjoy this. It tastes great, is seasoned well, feels hearty (where a lot of store brands can be watery), and is actually filled with vegetables (not just filler junk). Plus, it’s a great size jar to keep if you do that. All around, just a great sauce!

The texture of the sauce is just right, not too thick or watery. There is a nice hint of garlic which can enhance any pasta dish or sub.

The sauce is pretty good overall, my one complaint would be that it’s a little bit on the sweeter side so I wasn’t a huge fan of that. But it’s a good sauce when you’re in a time crunch.

The meal I made was a baked penne recipe I found from one of the subscription meal services. This jar was the perfect size to pair with the recipe and everything tasted great. I will likely choose this again, should we need a classic tomato sauce.

Here’s one that I highly recommend: In a casserole dish, pour half the sauce, some premade ravioli, then another layer of sauce on top. Then sprinkle some mozzerella and Parmesan cheese. Pop into the oven at 375, covered with foil for 20 minutes, then broil uncovered for a few minutes to cook the top cheese. No chopping, one dish clean, and my family loves it!
