[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pasta sauce! I typically stick with a certain brand but I might just be switching to this ragu flavor. I love the garlic taste and the price! The best part is my kids love it as much as I do!

I've been eating Ragu traditional as long as I can remember (I'm 55) but the new recipe will be the end of that. I use only this product on an old family pizza recipe and I made it last night not realizing the Ragu recipe had changed and wondered why it tasted so different, and not very good. My son usually can't get enough of that pizza but even he didn't like it. If you don't change the recipe back I'll never get to enjoy my special family favorite pizza again. I certainly won't be buying Ragu anymore, unless you go back to the old recipe. I wish companies would leave well enough alone. If you want to change the recipe then change it and release it as a new product, instead of passing it off as the same product with the same name when it is clearly NOT the same product. Shame on you Ragu.

I opened a big jar, poured it into my meat and tasted it like I always do. It tasted horrible. I then smelled it, and as another reviewer said, I immediately thought the sauce was bad. I checked the date on the jar to see that it wasn't. Had another family member smell it, and they agreed it smelled like it was bad. Had I not poured the whole jar into 2 lbs. of meat that I needed to make lasagna, I would've tossed it all in the trash. Will not buy this new recipe again.

My mother always used Ragu flavored with meat, I have in the 30 years since I moved out, that was until this year. I purchased some and did t think anything of the olive Oil comment, until I made sauce and put hamburger in it, and had to dump it all out. I now use Prego. Ever heard of the saying, don’t fix what isn’t broken? Someone is going to lose their job over this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ragu Old World Style Traditional pasta sauce was a delicious jar of pasta sauce. It had a lot of flavor, and my whole family loved it. I am surprised it wasn't home made. It is definitely the best jar pasta sauce I have had.

I grew up knowing the flavor of this. That was over 30 years ago when my mom served it and we had it often. It had a distinct flavor sort of like a McDonald's hamburger. It may not be the best, but people love it and the flavor is unique. You recognize it right away. It's also hard to replicate if you try to make it yourself. I tried the Traditional sauce today over spaghetti. I don't recognize the flavor and it's really bad. Add me to the list of those that believes it used to taste better. Never again.

I have used this sauce for 39 years always loved it but now that you have changed it ,it does not taste the same. There is hardly any flavor no rich tomato taste like before. It also leaves a funny taste in your mouth. I beg of you to go back to the original recipe. I am forced now to try other sauces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this idea for single serving Ragú for One Old World Style Traditional Sauce, 4.4 oz, 4 Count. It's great for lunch so I don't have to open up a whole jar if I have leftover pasta. It's convenient for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We generally don't care much for jars of sauce but this one was really tasty. It was authentic and could almost pass as homemade. It wasn't chunky, either, which was a huge plus. Would buy again for more recipes.
