I would give a zero star review if possible. I grew up on Ragu. I used it in my meat sauce. I will likely never again buy Ragu. Just bought it for the first time in a while and it was thin and runny and has virtually no taste. I assume you were just trying to cut costs in this incredible inflationary time. You lost a lifetime customer by trying to focus on your bottom line profits.

We've been a fan of Ragu for decades, but the new recipe is terrible. We've always enjoyed making our spaghetti with Ragu and adding ground beef to the sauce. Would turn out perfectly every time. Those days are in the past. We notice it doesn't taste nearly as good as it did before the recipe was changed. Please go back to the original recipe. This has been so disappointing. :(

I used to eat Ragu Traditional daily (and I mean daily). Please, please bring back the original recipe. I have been anxiously awaiting its return since you changed it in 2020. I have been checking the site weekly, hoping that it will have changed back.

I've always loved the Ragu Traditional recipe, it's the only pasta sauce I've ever used. The new recipe tastes awful. There's a really strange aftertaste, it's not at all like the old Ragu Traditional. You should have kept the old recipe available before you made those "improvements" to the formula. Severely disappointed.

It's hard to come across a really tasty and authentic sauce. This one was really good. I love the addition of olive oil in the ingredients, it gives it a fresh taste that sends the pasta over the moon. My picky eater husband and finicky eating son demolished their plates. It was a really easy and fast meal made.

The new traditional recipe "now with olive oil" tastes gross. Too much garlic and not enough of the traditional flavor that your customers actually like. I'm considering moving to a different brand of sauce and I've used Ragu for easily the past 10 years. I remember when you changed the recipe before and made it a little thicker in consistency and the flavor changed a bit, but I got used to it because it still tasted similar. Not nearly as drastic as this. Please send me some of your normal Traditional Ragu. This new sauce "ain't it".
