[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Ragu Old World Style Traditional Pasta Sauce, it is much better than what my wife usually uses. It has been a while since I have enjoyed and looked forward to eating spaghetti, but now I am excited when my wife says we are having spaghetti for dinner.

Don't you make a sauce anymore that doesn't have garlic, (allergy). I thought it was original Ragu I had used for years, but can no longer find it. Am I mistaken Or was it Traditional all along without garlic. Why change a product when it was so perfect before? This version isn't up to par.

This sauce is literally called the "traditional" sauce for a reason, but now they have gone and RUINED a product that so many people used to love for so many years. If it's not broken don't fix it, the olive oil added just makes this pasta a snot type consistency (gross I know right?!?) I used to love the old recipe but will no longer purchase this trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Traditional Ragusa reminds me of growing up in the 80's with that old style taste. The blend of spices and sauce was fantastic! Ragusa has been a staple in my family for many years and will continue to be for generations to come

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just want to say right away that ALl ragu dauces are delicious. This one is pretty good, not as good as their alfredo sauce but stiill delicious. Don't have to add in much other seasonings compared to other sauces and have a perfect consistency.

I was going to make spaghetti and I have this type of sauce, Old World Style, Traditional, now with olive oil. They were out of my favorite which is with onion and garlic. It's going in the garbage. I see it barely gets over 3 stars. I know why. I wont even cook noodles because I'm not wasting more money or time. I even tried adding parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. It's just not good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I was very disappointed by the ingredient list. When this product was offered to me it was advertised to have olive oil in it which I was looking forward to trying. When I received the product that ingredient was not present anywhere in the sauce, instead replaced with soybean oil. In my opinion this change makes for an inferior product right there, especially if they had a plan at one point to use olive oil, but if it was otherwise good I would let it slide. Unfortunately the next thing I noticed was the rest of the ingredient list, where I saw that salt was the third ingredient and sugar the fourth (after tomato puree and the aforementioned soybean oil). Again, this is something I would normally let slide, but it appears based on the label that Ragu is trying to make this out to be a ‘healthy’ sauce when it simply is not that out of line with any other jarred sauce. All of this would be acceptable if the sauce actually tasted good, but in my opinion it was both too sweet for a pasta sauce and incredibly bland, and had a strange aftertaste. I would stay away from this brand in the future, there are better sauces available even for this price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sauce was rich in flavor with the brightness of the tomatoes really shining. I was able to easily use this sauce in a quick lasagna dish without having to add anything to enhance the flavor of the sauce.
