I've used Ragu Old World Style Traditional sauce for years with no complaints. Then I discovered this same sauce in the "hearty" version and LOVED it. Now I can't find it except in the "Chunky" variety. I HATE this "chunky" version and it has forced me to venture to other brands. Prego may have to be my new "go to" sauce.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For standard spaghetti sauce, this one did the job for a quick and convenient meal. It is a big on the sweeter side though. It's also one of the more affordable brands. Good packaging - easy to open jar.

I will NEVER, EVER, EVERRRR buy your sauce again. How in the world could you do this to your customers. I had to use TWO bottles of your sauce just to make my pasta look saucy. The flavor was completely GONE despite using two jars and...I am practically speechless. Guess I'll have to move onwards. You've lost ANOTHER customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as a base for my sauce. I brown hamburger and add tomatoes and extra seasons. I have even used it for my bake spaghetti. I place the sauce with pasta and cover with cheese. This product is tasty and has improved over the years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ragu sauce during spaghetti night. It contains tomatoes and Italian spices. Made it with speghatt and my usually picky eater son loves it. I choose it everytime above all other spices. Would definitely recommend it!

Something has changed in the ragu traditional spaghetti sauce. As noted earlier, it too sweet, I definitely agree. I think it’s so bland. I try and add garlic and onion powders, Italian seasonings, but I just can’t get it to anywhere near the way I remember this sauce tasting. I’m not looking for extremely spicy or heat just more flavor, just like it use to be! !!Considering trying another brand!

Rago Old World Style Traditional Sauce has a very traditional taste that reminds me of my moms homemade tomato sauce. It has a great blend of spices and small pieces of onion to enhance the flavor. I like the fact that it has no artificial colors, flavors and no high fructose corn syrup and it's made with only 8 ingredients. Another thing that I really like is that you get 2 servings of vegetables in each 1/2 cup serving. It tastes great and my family and I enjoyed it.

It's perfect for single serving plates of macaroni or any other kinds of noodles it also works great as a dipping sause. I definitely recommend trying this sause.

I have loved the Old World Traditional Style sauce since I can remember. It has been my favorite spaghetti sauce rivaling other brands and even some homemade receipes. I am very disappointed that the receipe has changed. I ate it because I bought it, but I will not be buying the new receipe again. I'l have to try different brands and hope I can find something. This is very sad for me as it was a go to meal for 30 years and now it won't be.
