It has a very robust tomato flavor that when paired with their other seasonings makes Italian night easy. We use it for spaghetti and lasagna. It will forever be a family pantry staple.

I used to eat Ragu Traditional daily (and I mean daily). Please, please bring back the original recipe. I have been anxiously awaiting its return since you changed it in 2020. I have been checking the site weekly, hoping that it will have changed back.

My family loved the Ragu traditional sauce. Great flavor and texture. I loved that it came in a large plastic jar. Easy to open as well as to store the leftover sauce in. I plan on buying this in the future. I would definitely recommend this sauce to others.

I purchased this sauce to use for homemade pizza while on vacation. It was absolutely delicious. I originally chose this one because it came in a huge package and that was the most economical/easy to travel with to serve my large family. Sometimes when I buy in bulk I worry I'm sacrificing the taste. That was not the case. Everyone I served it to loved it. I would absolutely purchase it again and recommend to others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually not a red sauce lover but this was really tasty. It was thin and had a great flavor. I added Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese and it gave it a pleasant added flavor. I will purchase this in the future and would recommend it.

I loved the original Old World Style Traditional Sauce, The improved recipe is not so good. I do not think that the Traditional NOW WITH Olive Oil could have been the reason the flavor in no longer good. I will not be buying the "new improved recipe".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this old world style traditional sauce in my weekly spaghetti. It left my home smelling like a fine Italian restaurant. Everyone in my home loved the flavor of this sauce. Perfect blend of seasonings and spices. Would definitely recommend.

I was so disappointed. I just got the recipe for my since passed away mom mom’s meatballs and told my wife that we had to get Ragu because that’s what she used. We made the meatballs with love and placed them into the crock pot to simmer in the sauce. I dunked an extra meatball in the ragu to test it and to my dismay, I immediately noticed that something has changed. It is now too sweet and they removed the minced onions. I also saw they added olive oil. I don’t understand why companies do this. It was a recipe that lasted generations and now it’s a disaster. I’m only hoping I can doctor it up to salvage my Christmas Eve surprise for my family. Bring back the old Ragu!!
