[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ragu has always been my family's spaghetti sauce to use everytime. The flavor of tomatoes and the spices used taste delicious. I either add meat or meatballs to the sauce and the kids love it. I also use the sauce over different raviolis I make. I definitely recommend this product and brand to anyone.

I used to love the Ragu Old World Style Traditional Sauce.It WAS great. I noticed when I bought the latest jar that it had "now made with olive oil" written on it and I though uh-oh they changed a great product. I decided I would give it a try anyway. I can't believe the olive oil is the only thing that has been changed. It had an incredibly strong taste of garlic and onion, which it did NOT have before. I hadn't eaten but a few bites when I new it was a mistake. I started feeling sick to my stomach. NOT everyone can tolerate strong amounts of garlic and onion. It was a horrible experience. I will NOT be buying a Ragu product again, which is ashame because it used to be so enjoyable. Now, I'll begin the search for another spaghetti sauce that won't make me sick to my stomach. What a HUGE disappointment. Why do companies do that- take a great product and decide they should change something about it - it ALWAYS ruins it.

It's a classic red sauce made with olive oil, farm grown tomatoes, herbs and spices. I would definitely recommend this delicious pasta sauce! Yum!

I've always loved the Ragu Traditional recipe, it's the only pasta sauce I've ever used. The new recipe tastes awful. There's a really strange aftertaste, it's not at all like the old Ragu Traditional. You should have kept the old recipe available before you made those "improvements" to the formula. Severely disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a month ago and I'm so glad that I did. Ragu Old World Style Traditional Pasta Sauce is amazing. It has a great bold taste and makes my pasta so wonderful that my whole family loves to eat it.

I've been eating a jar of this every week for 39 years. The new recipe is terrible. The taste is bad and it doesn't stick to pasta. If it doesn't change back, my family and I are going to have to find a new brand and Ragu will have lost a very loyal customer and fan. Sorry, but it's the truth. And thanks for all that great sauce all those years.

The bold flavors and chunks of tomatoes are delicious and filling and add just the right touch of old Italy to any pasta. I highly recommend Ragu Old World Style sauce for your next spaghetti night!

I opened a jar of Ragu Traditional sauce tonight to make dinner. Browned 4lbs of ground beef, made the pasta shells, added sauce to the meat... but as I went to move the jar of sauce I saw mold on the inside of the lid and the rim of the jar. Jar was sealed, stored in a pantry away from heat, and has an April 2021 expiration date. This cost me about $20 in ingredients and then we wound up having to order takeout for dinner. Very disappointed.

It's not extremely sweet like I remember, and it's pretty full bodied in flavor. I've used this for chili, scrambled eggs, with pasta, and so much more and it still gave all my food that extra kick of flavor every time. Think I'll buy Ragu again, it's much better now!
