[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part these days I am a from scratch cook. I grow and can my own tomatoes and rarely have need for a jarred sauce. I had this jar hanging out in my pantry waiting on a day when I was pressed for time, and that day came up this week. Let me tell you, from the first bite I was transported back to childhood and my mother's kitchen. She cooked a lot, but didn't make her own sauce, and Ragu was a staple. It tastes just as good now as I remember as a kid. Perfectly seasoned, nice consistency, and sticks well to noodles. Even though I make most of my sauces from scratch I think I'm going to start keeping a jar of Ragu on hand for busy nights and for when I need a little taste of my childhood!

I will NEVER, EVER, EVERRRR buy your sauce again. How in the world could you do this to your customers. I had to use TWO bottles of your sauce just to make my pasta look saucy. The flavor was completely GONE despite using two jars and...I am practically speechless. Guess I'll have to move onwards. You've lost ANOTHER customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spectacular, the truth is that I have been using this brand for 11 years, in my house you cannot miss the traditional one in particular. My children love it, I just boil their favorite pasta and put Ragu on it and they are happy, Although it is a pasta sauce, I admit that I make all my stews, beans, and meals with this sauce, I love the flavor it gives to my meals , you feel fresh and natural flavors. I recommend it 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ragu Old world style traditional sauce pairs great with pasta for a quick and easy meal. However, the flavor is pretty bland and I would recommend adding additional seasoning. We really enjoy the ragu brand as a whole, but do prefer the simply garlic ragu over this one. This sauce is a good starter sauce for any meal, i personally just like a bit more flavor/seasoning in my dishes. But, for a quick and easy weeknight meal it is great.

I either add meat or meatballs to the sauce and the kids love it. I also use the sauce over different raviolis I make. I definitely recommend this product and brand to anyone.
