The first time I tasted it was when one of my moms friends made a meal for us and I thought to myself not only does it smell good but also tastes really good. The consistency was perfect and mixed really well with the pasta. Now I use it to cook and make all kinds of recipes. This sauce has been around forever and will continue to be used by generations to come. Love it and so does my family.

I have used RAGU Old World Style Traditional Pasta Sauce forever - it's what I liked as a kid growing up and what my kids like too. It has a true tomato taste and the smooth consistency seems to be what is liked most. While I now prefer a sauce that is more chunky and has more spices, this is something of nostalgia for me.

This sauce was easy to use. I was able to use half the jar to make pasta and used the other half for homemade pizza. I enjoyed the taste - it wasn't very sweet like some sauces. I have always bought Ragu Traditional. Over the past year, the taste is off!! It has absolutely no flavor and the color is not a natural color. It's as if they put red food coloring in it. Please go back to the original recipe!!! I wish I could give it a non rating!!!

We normally use a different brand because my kiddos are specific with the sauce they like on their pasta but they loved it and noticed how creamy and smooth is was. The glass jar is pretty neat! All in all, I would highly recommend.
