I have been using the Old World Style Traditional sauce for 30+ years on a regular basis and the whole family has loved every bite, until we ate it last night. The spaghetti was ruined. When we checked the label it was made with olive oil. NASTY stuff. This recipe sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family's favorite brand. We usually switch between traditional, Chunky mushroom, and green pepper. The sauce is a little thin, but a little pasta water thickens it perfectly. Its not acidic and a little sweet and savory, but not spicy. If I want a little heat I add in some red pepper but otherwise I rarely doctor it up, overall a crowd pleaser

The traditional was the only spaghetti sauce that my husband liked, but then you changed it and added the extra olive oil and he says it tastes like oregano. OMG, he still hasn't gotten over it and he glares at your products on the pasta aisle, as we search for a new sauce. I just find that the new version is not as adaptable to different recipes as the old version.

I like the fact that one of the main ingredients is olive oil it did provide more flavoring to the pasta I was making .

Been a faithful consumer of Ragu for years. Tonight I opened a jar and noticed that it looked different, sort of like ketchup. The taste is terrible, right away the sugar sweetness and thick consistency turned me off. I'm very disappointed. Looks like I will be buying something else for now on. - a very dissatisfied customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go-to Spaghetti sauce. Lots of flavor, is not too sweet, and holds excellent texture before and after I add my ground beef, meatballs, and herbs. It's tasty. It's a great flavor for the price.

I think it has a traditional tomato flavor, but for my husband and I it wasn’t as flavorful with herbs/spices or tomato chunks that we prefer.

The old world style traditional pasta has a really great, full taste that is an excellent addition to any dish. We whipped up some yummy spaghetti & meatballs and of course, we added the sauce. Overall, really impressed!
