Your so called "new and improved" recipe is AWFUL! Have used this old world style sauce for many many years and you went and ruined it.... it's nasty. I literally thought I got a bad batch when I tasted it until I saw the new and improved bs on your label. You lost a long time customer. I won't be buying this I gain unless it goes back to the original recipe.

I really like the taste of this brand. It doesn't taste sugary or extra salty comparing to other brands. The texture is great and just the right thickness. My kids loves it as well. I like it has fewer calories. We use it for pasta, pizza sauce or soup base so it's very versatile.

It’s a little on the sweet side, but I season everything to how I like it anyway so it’s no problem. Great consistency and pairs well with ground beef.

I use Ragu all the time while cooking, it is a great basic pasta and to give it more flavor I tend to add my own spices! Tastes very good, and great for the price! I definitely will be buying again, this is one of my go to pasta sauces! They have many different flavors you can choose from as well.

I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years. When you switched recipes I had to throw our dinner out as nobody would eat it. This week I tried again hoping you had gone back to the original recipe but it is still terrible. Based on recent reviews here this is a common view. PLEASE CHANGE BACK!
