Because of that urban legend, this was my first time tasting it. Um, excuse me- this is delicious! The fresh flavor of the veggies inside the Old World Traditional sauce, the bright tomato flavor, a hint of sweet but barely perceptible. This was delicious! Even my husband was surprised when he sampled it for the first time, excited to make his famous spaghetti and meatballs with it. Thanks, Ragú! Lesson learned, don’t listen to em. Taste it for yourself!

I mean, Ragu has been around forever, but admittedly I seldom selected them when shopping. However, this was pretty darn good. Tastes closer to homemade sauce than many jarred versions typically do. It’s very cost-effective which is great, but personally when I use a sauce I want it to have a strong tomato taste and have seasoning. When I use this, I have to season it myself. Overall just “ok”

So.. I really enjoyed the flavor A LOT. The aromas alone made me feel like I had just stepped into an authentic Italian eatery, it like my significant other's grandparents were cooking us a special meal. Delicious for all ages, would highly recommend!

It’s got that hint of garlic flavour and although I put it over past this time I’ve used it on toast and indifference hors d’oeuvres numerous times. I’ll be honest when I say that homestyle is not my first choice but it’s still a great choice.
