fit flex works well but a little uncomfortable..they are better than the regular depends pads which tend to leak and go thru my clothes..embarrassing and uncomfortable...fit flex a little high cost wise...develop a frequent user program so we can buy often and more reasonably priced

He found them uncomfortable and disliked the idea of wearing "a diaper", so getting him to even put them on was a job. The depend fit flex more closely resemble real mens underwear and we had no problem getting him to put them on and so far no complaints about fit or discomfort. This has made life so much easier for everyone. We don't use the disposables for bladder leakage, but for accidents related to ulcerative colitis. And they definitely help save on embarassing accidents and laundry. We are all very happy with the results.
