Every time I get up and walk a few steps, they fall down. I'm about 250 lbs. with a 48" waist, so I bought the XL size. I'm afraid they will slip down and not cover what is important, should I have an accident.

They have a bit of a tendency to leak almost immediately when sitting in specific positions, but once you make the mistake once it won't happen again. They have decent odor control, and are about as comfortable as a normal pair of underwear.
