I think the product is very effective. The only question I have: Sizes currently do not include M/L, a slightly smaller than the current M/XL (better, but still a bit too large). It seems that a M/L size would be possible. The S/M size is uncomfortable for me, especially at night. Any plans to produce the briefs in a M/L size?

We have used other brands and they were difficult to get on with the diaper style tabs.
