If you're moderate to light urinary incontinence, these are the best. ( I'm pretty heavily incon so just use these for working out and around the house or when I know I can change quickly) This new 'confidence core' is a HUGE improvement. Not sure just how they changed them, but they hold a little more, but especially they can handle a lot more all at once, which the older ones couldn't quite do. They're so much more comfortable too. I really forget I'm wearing a diaper and don't feel self conscious at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] first off the packaging is poorly designed, more to the point the labeling didn't provide a clearly marked opening . the size was wrong XXL was not the same as other brands I have used. they were also not very absorbent, the pad was very thin, there was zero odor control. except for being to small the fabric was comfortable. just not an XXL in size .

You can tell this will absorb any leaks and no odor will be out. These are perfect because the look like underwear (not white like a diaper) so not embarrasing for him. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These do what they are supposed to but my grandpa said they are not the comfiest and are bulky. They also are not the easiest to wear with jeans and aren’t very hide able under clothes. However, they are absorbent and control any odors.

The large size has replaced the s/m size at Costco. The large size is a lot more comfortable and easier to pull up with better coverage but worn while in bed allows leaking. We have resorted to using small/medium at night and large while up and about.
