It has no leaks and is super absorbant. It has a dry shield which helps in neutralizing odors. It has a clingy , perfect fit to your body. I would recommend these to others.

Also dry when worn under street clothes or sweat pants. With its Dryshield technology it absorbs 25X its weight. Go out in confidence without having to worry about leaks or spotting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to prostate surgery several years ago I have had to wear incontinence underwear when I know that restroom stops will be few and far between (such a trips by car). In the past it was a problem. I tried the underwear and the Guards. The guards are bulky and slide around and the underwear was not much fun. Mostly they just didn't fit right. When I tried the Fit-Flex I was pleased and surprised. Seems like they found everything people DID NOT like about what was on the market and changed everyone of the minuses to plusses. I am very happy. They are soft, which helps when you wear them for a long time, they fit snug where they should and have a low rise front rather than a waist band that almost hit your neck. The product is very likely a good one, but for me was - too small. I'm am a very large man and was hoping they might have enough stretch room to have them work, but it did not work. So, I had opened the package and tried to use one 0f the products - but, i can use them in a different way, by cutting cutting out the pad part and taping it to the inside of my undergarment using paper medical tape. So, all is not lost. -- Finally, you would think by this time in our "fat" history, someone would have invented a device of this nature for us really big guys.

I used Depends initially and then thought I could save money buying a generic brand from a "bulk" store. Big mistake! They were cheaper, but there was no comparison with regard to comfort or quality! Never thought I would EVER need these, but now that I do, Depends is the product of choice for me.
