After my radical prostatectomy I wore the night defense for a few weeks then switched to these. These feel somewhat like regular underwear. The maximum keeps me dry all day and If I feel unsecure I will wear a new pair to bed. They fit well, not too bulky and give me a sense of security when I go to the gym, ride my bike or play drum at my church. Have been plagued with a weak bladder all my life - Go about every hour and sometimes the bladder just contracts and gushes out - These are great during the day and hold 2 wetting accident - No longer have to stop and go on a tree when driving. They feel so good and soothing after relieving myself. Sadly they do not protect at night as well. They do leak so I wear a more absorbent diaper then.

( He uses a different off brand) Per his comments, I really haven't thought about using this brand b/c of the cost, but now that I have tried them they will be my go to. Comfortable, not bulky, not even noticeable. Easy to get on, the protective padding is " raised" in the groin area, so there has been no leakage. The fit and design and feel than other brands. Would recommend to anyone that needs them, they are worth it.
