With a little extra effort they can be torn apart at the seams to remove without the need to pull them down like regular briefs. I wish they had a moisture barrier all the way up the backside. I tried to return these before I even opened the box because my grandfather said he wouldn’t wear them. It was only a matter of time before he realized that he needed these while trying to recover from a rather serious stroke. So glad that they were not a returnable product. I have already purchased another case!

I bought these for night time use. Did not work. Bed and clothing were wet in the early morning. Side sleeper so this may be part of the reason. Only wear during the day if outside the home as a precaution against wetting clothes. Ok for day time use if not heavy wetter but not recommended for night-time.
