[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These depends men's undergarment worked great for my grandfather after his minor surgery. He was a little self-conscious to wear these at first, but found them very comfortable and they helped him with minor accidents when he couldn't get to the bathroom if we weren't around quickly. They were comfortable under clothing and were not obvious when he was wearing them. In addition, we found that they had a great deal of odor control and could be quickly replaced with a fresh pair without any concerns. They did not show through his jeans and he said after wearing them, it did not feel like he was wearing anything other than underwear. Overall, a great product, especially if somebody was recovering after surgery.

As a new comer to old age benefits (ha ha) I purchased these for a dental visit that I was sure would be stressful. And since I have a small and nervous bladder, I purchased and wore "just in case". Smartest thing I ever did. With three discharges of approximately a cup each during the visit, they saved me alot of embarrassment. No one but me had any idea. No leakage at all, very pleased. My waist is 48" for those interested.

Product has a skimpy target area and can't be used for bowel incontinence. Because of the poor fit, no matter how you place it, you will find spots on the back of your trousers regardless on how these are place. This is a frustrating product to use that causes social embarrassment.

He stated that this product is soft, absorbs well and there is no smell. He is size medium, I got xl. We noticed that it is good for somebody of his size and if you try the stretch them, they become quite big. I am sure it is going to fit a bigger person as well just like the package states.

They would probably fit a boy size 8. A large man wouldn’t even start to wear these. My husband wears a size men’s medium 32 underwear and these are too small for him! For quality I would give these a 9 out of 10. For size 1 out of 10. The picture show the gray men xl versus an extra large women’s size.
