If your husband is in a situation where he needs to maintain his dignity and lifestyle, these are perfectly adaptable. Only comes in 2 choices of sizes though - S/M. And L/XL. My husband is a 33-34 waist and I chose the L/XL pants as I did not want it to be too tight in leg area. It's nice that the pants come in grey - a little more resembling underwear. It's bad enough that men have to endure these for post surgery or age related incontinence!!!!!

These undergarments work well. My only complaint is the lack of a Medium size, because I AM a true Medium Size. The S-M size fits well on me only if my weight is at my minimum. I feel certain that the L-M Size would be big on me but I have not tried it yet. Why is the Medium Size absent? I see no reason at all.

These two products are the best on the market in my opinion. I have tried many others that are not as good. Walmart.com was cheaper than Amazon and I got a 'reward' on my Walmart credit card. They were delivered earlier than the promised date. This is going to be an every month order to an assisted living home.

Good luck with the odor. I's better than most. There is always a fit problem around the legs. A little color change-up would be appreciated (as long as it DOES NOT raise the prices. That black rectangle is difficult to see in low light. How about a label or something distinctive.

These briefs work well for day time with the addition of a booster pad for my husband. I shop around many places that sell these and Sam's Club is always the least expensive - even with having to pay for shipping. Not even the military exchange with free shipping and no tax can compare on the cost. Fast delivery, which can be important if running low on product.

These are very absorbant and easy to use. Comfortable. The only con is in the sizing. There are only two sizes: S/M & L/XL. The S/M is too snug and the L/XL are a little large. There really needs to be an inbetween size (M/L). That would be perfect. Irregardless, these have been a real lifesaver for my hubby. As for the length of time we've used this product, I'm not sure. I bought them the first time I saw them, and we have used them exclusively since that time.

not like price, a little too high, when u use them some are tight fitting (which i like) some are loose fitting i have to use a safety pin to make them fit.may be a manufacturing defect, but still usable next time I will buy assurance they are better no problems😉♿ and less money thanks for looking F.Everett. My husband was using the cheaper white brand from Sams club & they didn't fit right & he would itch & get rashes. I tried these depends in the past but the cost was too high. I finally decided to go back to them. What a difference! Good fit & no more itching. The price was better here than anywhere else. Received them quickly too.

These are used for my elderly father, who is incontinent of number 2. They work perfectly for his comfort and protection. We use the padded high end for the backside area. They are comfortable and contain him during day and night. Thank you for making a great product.

Much as we all would like to buy generic on many products...this is not one to do so. Post Surgical, Incontinence, Aging, etc issues dictate that we get it right the first time.
