These are the Small size. My husband is just under 150 lbs. The legs are tighter than other brands, which is good. They are not as loose in other areas as other Small sizes. Twice when it was 'wet', a little leaked out as husband sat up, but it was just the one spot. Not sure how they work for the more serious business, no tests yet. But I am happy with them. Would buy again.

Found this to be a good product but suggest that buyers consider a size up. I thought that going by the photo would be a good indication but found the XL (which he doesn't even come close to resembling) was the size that pulled up easily and was comfortable.

I never thought I'd need these, but after a mountain bike accident, and the ensuing surgery and meds, I temporarily lost the ability to sense how full my bladder was. I've fully recovered, and now have the remainders in a closet. They were surprisingly comfortable, and can give someone enough time to find a restroom immediately after the leak is felt. Not recommended a as substitute for an actual toilet.

These are used for my elderly father, who is incontinent of number 2. They work perfectly for his comfort and protection. We use the padded high end for the backside area. They are comfortable and contain him during day and night. Thank you for making a great product.

not like price, a little too high, when u use them some are tight fitting (which i like) some are loose fitting i have to use a safety pin to make them fit.may be a manufacturing defect, but still usable next time I will buy assurance they are better no problems😉♿ and less money thanks for looking F.Everett. My source for this critical need incontinence underwear has changed availability of what I have been using for many years. I ordered two different items from Wal-Mart and this item says it has a 64" maximum waist size. I beg to differ. My waist size is such that this should have given me plenty of room and a good fit. Unfortunately anyone with a waist much over 50" would be hard pressed to get this item on. It shows size L/XL and that should have been a tip off. Sorry this well known brand fell woefully short of its size range.

Easy to tell front or back (darker stripe on inside back), takes tension from being pulled up multiple times per day without giving out. Have only had 1 fray and have to be replaced almost from time started pulling on. Have been using for a year or more. Tried other less expensive brands, but Depends feels most comfortable around waist and leg openings.

they domt hold much as claimed.good foe a child) toddler maybe,as for an adult, if your taking diuretics, double up. ill buy store brand again. same issue but you can dave a lot.thats the goal after staying .as for comfort, I cant speak on that, I purchased for my dads use. so far no complaints..

The only problem is that the sizes are Large & Xtra Large together. That is a product problem not a Walmart problem. The product is for my 99 year old Father who lives in Texas. The small/medium size is too small & the large/xl is too big but necessary for him.

I buy these for my son who is 8 as he is a husky child .(8 1/2) They are a little loose on him but they are great because they are not tight and have stretch while still contouring to him so there are no leaks and they are super absorbent . They are soft and very easy to take on and off without ripping, basically shaped like a pair of underwear. They also look a lot better than the basic white . They are definitely worth my money! I highly recommend.
