The fabric felt bulky and didn’t breathe well, causing a clammy sensation after a few hours. The underwear also shifted easily, requiring frequent adjustments, which was frustrating. For anyone prioritizing comfort, these might not be the best choice despite their protective qualities.

They are absorbant ( 1 large pee, 2 small pees max), but they have their limitations, as does any brief. They are very discreet and most believable as underwear. It's worth every penny. I would suggest that these be used as daytime brief only. The gentleman in the photo is aware that his picture would probably be seen by thousands of people, and he was very excited to model for the photo.

Perfect for fresh, clean adult protection. Because it is filled with cotton to help lock in dryness, neutralize odors, and is also ideal for men's urinary tract issues. The great thing about this is the super absorbent material, which can absorb 25 times its weight. It is designed with a back-fit design, which feels comfortable on me. I have to wear a size XL. The high-performance waistband helps keep the underwear in place. I will be recommending it to many people, including my dad. Thanks for letting me participate in the experience and try it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a young adult, I'm not proud of the fact that I need to wear these because of the work conditions that I'm under, for 8-10 hours, 5-6 days a week, in a harsh & unforgiving environment. I don't 'NEED' to wear these all the time and everywhere I go, but as for Work!, that's a different story. With that being said, I'll gladly recommend these to anyone who needs a little bit extra "protection". I've tried other brands, store knock-offs, and other designs, but as for these?.....they're the best design, fit, and feel overall. Even the cost isn't horrible. It's not 'great', but 'not' horrible either. These have a nice stretchable waist to fit many body shapes, or if you're just not 'in' shape, but these will hug your body and flex with you. Trust me, I've tested this, willingly or not...lol.

After a couple of nights using it, my grandpa said he’s pretty satisfied with the product. Firstly it fits well with him as regular underwear, very comfortable to wear during the day, especially the elastic waistband that is adjustable to snug without feeling too tight. He said that it’s comfortable to wear during the day. It absorbs pretty well too, without leaking, which is great for overnight or long periods. The material of this product helps reduce ordor, which I’m sure a huge plus. Also it’s easy to pull up and remove. Overall he satisfied and is pretty happy with the product.

Before i was diagnosed with Celiac disease I was always having "accidents" with my bowels. Now this product is intended for urine, it does a very good job at holding the bowel movements that sometimes cannot be controlled as well. I use these all the time. They are comfortable and I feel like I am wearing underwear. It also has saved me on many "events" at work when I cannot make it to the toilet in time, as well as at home. It contains the accidents very well and out of a two dozen incidents I can only recall one time where they leaked. I use the Small/medium because i want the tight coverage.
