Little to no smell even after eating Taco Bell. Can wear for a decent amount of time. Built to last unlike my bladder and bowel movements. Grey is the way!

So, had my prostrate removed, which totally lost my bladder control. The hospital gave me a few knock off brand..the sides ripped out. THESE DEPENDS? Zero leakage, i was of course bed ridden and at night filled them like a newborn baby. PERFECT. I would imagine I will be using for a lenghtly time, Honestly, I have not had one preform wrong. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly have no other expertise with these other than now knowing sometimes, you have a big important meeting tomorrow and having questionable leftovers for dinner can have consequences. I’ll be completely honest and say I don’t have a lot of experience with this kind of product but I can promise you I will always have at least one package in the house now, and I can also confirm I still have a job! I think everyone should have a pack of these in the house just to be safe. I’m not used to wearing these kinds of things, but I can say they’re subtle enough they fit under business clothes, they had perfect odor control for a run to the office, a 2 hour meeting, and the drive home. And so comfortable I honestly forgot I had them on! I have to admit I hope I’m never in that situation again, but I can say I won’t be caught with at least one set on hand at all times! I can’t recommend having these enough, be it you need them consistently or for those ‘just in case’ experiences in life!

I have a 38" waist and weight 185 bought the L/XL. I'm having to pull them up in the back and think maybe I should have got the medium size instead. Had a prostatectomy HoLEP two weeks ago. The size scale on the package more or less puts me in either size. I may break down and get the M size.

They're affordable in some places more than others. They're comfortable and are just like wearing underwear. They need to be changed regularly to keep your skin dry, but they will hold a good amount of liquid until you can change them. The underwear is good at keeping odor down with a gel the liquid will turn into to help keep urine away from the sides. They have many different sizes for all body types. It absorbs 25 times its weight it says on the packaging. I had no problem with them. They're good protection for incontinence.

If you find that you need some security in case of a problem, these definitely gave me peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone.
