I don't 'NEED' to wear these all the time and everywhere I go, but as for Work!, that's a different story. With that being said, I'll gladly recommend these to anyone who needs a little bit extra "protection." I've tried other brands, store knock-offs, and other designs, but as for these?.....they're the best design, fit, and feel overall. Even the cost isn't horrible. It's not 'great', but 'not' horrible either. These have a nice stretchable waist to fit many body shapes, or if you're just not 'in' shape, but these will hug your body and flex with you. Trust me, I've tested this, willingly or not...lol. What's nice about this design compared to others is that the protective padding is more raised & focused on the front groin area, so leakage or a small run won't escape the coverage area. Even if it's #2, this has pretty good coverage & containment. These actually do have pretty good capabilities / quality of being able to absorb & hold in any bad smells or if things get...'Messy'. Again!...believe me!....I've tested this.....unfortunately :-(. Besides all that, these are pretty hidden and not bulky, or at least I don't think anyone notices. They feel pretty form fitting and I don't have to make any additional adjustments to my clothes to wear these, which makes me feel a little bit more 'normal' whenever I do need to wear these.

They were able to hold quite a bit of liquid as well as some solid if cleaned up right away. It also managed to keep the odors in so there was so odd smells when full.

The fit is surprisingly snug without being restrictive, and they provide great absorbency throughout the day. Whether I’m at home or on the go, I feel secure and confident. The material feels soft against the skin, and I love that they don’t make any noise, so I can go about my day without a second thought. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absorbs quickly and keeps ordors under control until able to change it. Very streamline doesnt look bulky. Can't even tell your wearing them. Only downside is if something or someone touches that area it makes a weird crinkly diaper sound which is embarrassing even through clothing. The color is good and doesnt stand out as odd if it happens to show over pants momentarily. The stretchiness is very nice. Did not leave marks around legs or belly area from being too tight. Could cover a little more of the backside for comfort as it does feel like it might try to become a weird thong.

The underwear does not have a strong smell and does not cause allergies to the skin. As for absorption, it is at the highest level. Very comfortable underwear.

These make our job just a bit easier. They are easier to put on and get off. They don't burn his skin at all like some other brands. We absolutely love Depends and we highly recommend this product to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men for free from Influenster for testing purposes and to give my honest opinion. This underwear is very soft and absorbent. It does not bother at all when you wear it and is also odorless. The texture is durable but at the same time comfortable as well. I really did love this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This underwear is very comfortable, it has the perfect amount of stretch and thickness. It is very absorbent, but doesn't look bulky under clothing. Some other brands of incontinence underwear is noisy underneath clothing (sounds like a diaper on a child), these Depend Fit-Flex are very discrete. I highly recommend.

This product feels more comfortable than other brands but the main problem I have with them is that there needs to be a size for someone that has a 42" waist. The S/M size is too small and tend to keep slipping down because they don't go up high enough around the waist and the L/XL is too large once again slipping down because their too large. The L/XL goes from a 38"- 64" waist. Wearing underwear due to incontinence issues is a difficult experience in itself but having something not fit makes the experience that much more difficult.
