These briefs have been great! I am now able to take long car rides and go to long events without worrying about "not making it". I haven't had any problems with leaking and I'm somewhat of a heavy wetter. They still feel comfortable and dry afterwards even though they sag a little in the crotch when full and feel like they might leak, they haven't yet. Bonus is my wife says they look like regular underwear and don't make any noise so nobody can tell that I'm wearing them. So gentlemen, if you're on the fence and worried "the world will know" I can tell you from experience that nobody will know except who you want to know!

( He uses a different off brand) Per his comments, I really haven't thought about using this brand b/c of the cost, but now that I have tried them they will be my go to. Comfortable, not bulky, not even noticeable. Easy to get on, the protective padding is " raised" in the groin area, so there has been no leakage. The fit and design and feel than other brands. Would recommend to anyone that needs them, they are worth it.

Discrete, absorbent for multiple times, doesn't show (unless you got skinny jeans on), and best of all scent free. Who would thought of that use?

My grandpa is a very crazy sleeper to say the least and these fit wonderful between changes throughout the night without worries about any leaking or sliding. I definitely recommend these they are made of a more durable material.

The Ultimates worked better for me. Real Fit wasn't that great. From what I read, these are supposed to have replaced the Real Fit Not sure of the difference. But don't seem as good as the Real Fit. These are the best I've tried since the Ultimates. But now need xxL. I've had to buy them else where. Please get these in XXL?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work pretty. They could be a little more roomy in the “ball pocket” land it would be perfect. These are perfect for someone that is elderly or someone that is bedridden or even just having trouble with urine incontinence. They are very durable yet comfortable. My husband even wore them to a concert which he didn’t want to miss a second of the show- he said that they held up perfect in the mosh pit, getting thrown around and throwing others around without any leaks through!

These felt comfortable in all areas except for my hips. I found they left markings after I removed them. Aside from this, I was very pleased and has since been using Depend XXL. I was impressed with the look of my pants with a pair of these underneath. They're not bulky, nor are they too thin. I don't experience leaks while wearing them.

I have found a product that not only looks and feels good but gives me peace of mind in knowing I am protected. These fit so good, they fit the contour of my body and are not too tight and not bulky. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most disposable underwear are uncomfortable and too tight around the waist. The depends for flex are comfortable and I will start purchasing these instead of the off brand I currently by. It also holds more than the off brad.

It's hard to find bigger sizes for kids, and the small worked great in a pinch. We use these when we're traveling or visiting family so that we don't risk soiled linens or even a mattress.
