He said they were dependable and helped him feel normal while wearing what many call “a male diaper”. Said they were soft, not too thick, and fit good.

I have been using depends for 8 years since I had prostrate cancer. They used to work great. The new product is nowhere near as absorbant. Nothing has changed in my intake of liquids or lifestyle. I now leak through my new depends at night, soiling my clothes and the bed. This of course is very embarassing for me. Why couldn't you make the old product, which lots of people counted on, and the new product that you think people want. I read one of your responses to a review to buy the ones with tabs on the sides, I don't like that type. Please, Please, put yourself in your customers place, give us the protection that we need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow these “man diapers“ are quite unique they are very very absorbent 5/10. The fit well is too big for body type. The odor smell like a fresh sent almost like a baby diaper hahaha. Pretty durable with holding liquid and will work well for people who are of older age range and that need that for those purposes.

Depend Incontinence Underwear is especially important after certain types of surgery. It is surprising comfortable and definitely not embarrassing. These have a nice stretchable waist to fit many body shapes, or if you're just not 'in' shape, but these will hug your body and flex with you.

They are not overly bulky or puffy and offer a close fit to the body. They aren't easy to tear or rip even when being somewhat active. I would suggest trying a single pack and seeing what you think. Definitely the industry leader in these products.

My husband uses S/M Fit-Flex Fit which work well for incontinence during the day, but at night, gravity defeats them. And, they are not really designed for bowel incontinence, day or night. Also, I may be imagining it, but they seem to be thinner as I can see pinkness through the back. But it may be he's gained some weight and they are stretching. I'm going up a size to check. I do wish you carried a "real" medium, however. Still mostly satisfied, but recommendations please.

I actually let my grandfather try this product and inform me of his thoughts to post, good and bad, since I am female and he is obviously male and 85 years old. It was the perfect product for him to try because the current product he uses for his male incontinence, he has been having some leakage issues with in the past few months or so. He has been using these new Depend Fit Flex Underwear for Men now for about one week since #HomeTesterClub sent them to me/my grandfather to try and review and says he has had zero leakage and actually prefers these full protection Depends underwear instead of his, previously preferred, mens' incontinence Depend Pads. According to him, the underwear feel more protecting and stable, whereas the pads seem a little more unpredictable and tend to slide around occasionally causing leakage and slight aggravation from a scratchy diaper feeling.
