Not as tight in the center as they used to be. Looks like Victoria Secrets lacey garments around the legs where the elastic bands are located. Very frilly. Not very masculine looking, even though it doesn't really matter since my wife and I are the only ones that see them.

I poured some water in it to see if they truthfully were able to hold the amount that it says on the package, and to my surprise, it actually was holding more weight than advertised so they seem extremely durable to me. Thankfully, I don’t have to purchase these for the family member that needs them.
