Depend® FIT-FLEX® Underwear for Men, Maximum Absorbency is a whole different story.The underwear fits very well and does not bulk up or ride up on him.He has been able to wear them without any redness or chafing from sweating during these hot summer days and nights.They are very easy to pull up and you can easily tell the front from the back!They are crafted very well and the underwear is made with good absorbent materials.He really likes the fit and you cannot tell he is wearing them which is a huge plus!!The underwear is discreet in fit but powerful in absorbing fluid.We will buy this product again and again.

My 65 yr old husband is bed ridden and can no longer use an urinal effectively, so I thought he could try these. Firstly, they were not long enough from the crotch to the back waist, so he looked like a plummer. He has not butt, so I do not understand what the problem was. I thought they may have been backwards, but the fit was the same either way: bulky in front and low rider in the rear. His waist is about 35" so I bought the SM size I think he'll need the kind with more adjustability and tapes.

I am a 69 year old man. I just had prostate surgery in December. Soon after the surgery I started leaking. Then it got a bit worse. So Depends was recommended. My first thought was oh no I cannot wear a diaper. However, I headed out to look. I was so happy to find the Flex Fit style. At this point I am going thru 4 pairs a day. I love them and so happy it is not a diaper. My only concern is if I must continue wearing them for a great period of time, they do get a bit expensive on a very fixed income. I gave these underwears to my grandfather who is unable to walk to the bathroom. The underwear is stretchsble and provides protection from making a mess. It absorbs a lot of liquid and is comfortable than most brands.

Perfect for the gym. These briefs have plenty of stretch but stay close to the body to absorb any leaks I experience when I'm working out. They look discreet and no one would know they are not normal underwear when I'm getting changed in the locker room. With these briefs I can continue to exercise and workout despite bladder leaks
