[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The underwear was very comfortable. It felt like I was wearing my regular underwear. The cotton and the elastic were just right. They are very absorbant and I was not worried at all about leaking. I recommend this for long trips, they fit very well.

I don't typically take time to review products, but these deserve mention. I never considered trying incontinence underwear, but I couldn't ignore my wet boxers and more frequent visible wet spots any longer. So I did some reading and took the plunge with these. Quite frankly, I was expecting them to range between tolerable and awful to wear, but wow was I pleasantly surprised. Sure, they work great in the functional sense - that's a given. But, they're really easy to wear. I'm serious. They're much more comfortable than I expected and invisible under clothing. If it's dead quiet, you can hear a bit of a "rustle" sound, sort of like if you were holding dry leaves, but it's completely unnoticeable when there's any background noise - in other words, in everyday life. I know these are designed for much heavier incontinence than mine, but I choose these because they're a no brainer: comfortable, discrete and they work. Slam dunk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the men's sample for my husband (age 81). The "Real Fit" garment has no coverage in the back. Not all men wear the garments because of urinary incontinence. My husband needs them because he is a colon cancer survivor. He is missing most of his large intestine. He sometimes cannot get to a toilet in time. Up till now, I have been giving him the blue women's Silhouette garments to wear. These provide complete coverage and have saved him from soiling his clothes and public embarrassment. Since the men's garments do not provide complete coverage, I will continue to share the Silhouette garments with him. I realize that Depends garments are marketed for 'urinary incontinence. Still, I should hope that will change. More elderly than you think need complete coverage.

I gave them to a family member in need who says they have been working just fine for him and they are comfortable. The fit was good, they’re durable and absorbent and don’t emit strong odors.

They have good absorbency for minor leaks and provide confidence in their durability to be worn for extended time. No odor was detected when worn. Great for short term use after minor urinary procedures and issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was for my father. I am his caregiver. He stated these were lightweight, but snug and supportive. He felt they were comfortable, and he was very pleased with the wide strip of ribbed padding that felt like elastic around the waist band. He said that they fit around the upper legs with a controlled aspect that made him feel protected and confident. He says there have not been any accidents or leakage with these, like he has had with other underwear. He enjoys wearing them when he is going to be out with his doctor appointments because he says there is no danger of leakage. It states on the package that they can absorb 25x their weight. He says there is nothing like feeling protected and it makes him more confident. We will be purchasing more in the future. This was given to us for an honest review. All opinions are our own.

I know that my father in law didn’t like the feeling too much but that it was better in some of the odor control. I was also told that the fit was alright.
