Overall, the product is OK, but needs a breathable waistband like the Sure fit. These will not stay up. I ordered: Extra large, the sent large/ extra large. If you are an extra large no way a large is going to fit properly, and they do not, the padding seal also need to be checked, they are coming loose. I thought it was going to leak out because how open space underneath the underwear. Like it wasn't tight but kinda loose, still fit though. But to my surprise it hold my liquid and it didn't smell. These fit much more comfortably, not leaving a red mark around his legs afterward! No odor at all and the absorption was perfect. He was able to walk & move around normally, no issues or discomfort. I was very disappointed when my husband became incontinent because of Huntingtons Disease and I tried Depend underwear. Every time he has worn them he not only soaks the Depends but his outer clothing. I put a pair of underwear over the Depends and then his shorts/pants and he wets through everything. I tried a larger size to see if that would hold it in but that also failed. I was wondering if you would have a plastic pant that could be worn over the Depend underwear that would ASSURE us that he would not wet through? I cannot "Depend" on your product to keep him dry so why even put the diaper on????
