The absorbency is outstanding – I feel confident and dry all day long. The fit is comfortable and discreet, like wearing regular underwear, and the odor control is top-notch. The L.XL. are a little tight and the XXL fit much better. The downside is that they are not available anywhere. The price is good I guess. I also wish they would make them in this size but without the heavy padding in the front. I use these for bowel irregularities and often wear them backwards because they are uncomfortable with so much padding where I don't need it. Of course they are made with a lot of material in the back to cover the butt but when worn backwards they no longer have that material in the correct area. When worn backwards they are great for increased excretion and keep my sheets dry.

They are very absorbent, and minimize odor which is so important. When it’s time to remove, they can easily be torn on the side for convenience. This is a must have for incontinence.

These are so good to wear when traveling far and instead of using a restroom you can wear these and urinate. They also are a good size and fit well for me, are also very comfortable, and they absorb a lot of contents. I will be giving my dad some so he can use since he had a urine problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the product was beneficial and it fit fairly well. I have a husky athletic build so around the thighs and buttocks it was a bit snug. They felt light and airy and handled the absorption of fluid well. I have two recommendations. 1) add an XXL size 2) provide other colors of.the underwear to match outfits people are wearing..(color coordination).

I have tried them all for thirteen years. CVS, Walgreen's and Sam's Club. Depends may cost a couple of cents more but the product is so much better. Worth every penny. Leakage at night costs a lot in terms of soap and hot water to wash sheets and the cost of running a dryer. Buy the best. Get Depends. Save money in the long run.

They were easy to slide on and off and he had no issues with leaking. He said they absorbed urine quickly and he felt rather dry while wearing them.
