So apparently you should probably size down so that they fit a little snugger. There wasn’t much odor control, but there was good absorbency and comfort was what my family member said to me. He had to only use them in the evening has been so much older. It’s not easy for him to get up and find the bathroom in the dark and he stated that his sheets were never wet the next morning.

They are thick and made by good materials. They are designed for people who have incontinence issues, and they are good for daytime and overnight uses. The underwears have great absorbing abilities, and can be used anytime, especially when sleeping. If someone in you family has incontinence issues, then he should give these underwears a try.

The front part provided excellent coverage and absorbency. There was a little issue with some leakage going towards the back and that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. I would buy these again, but most likely for daytime use.
